The Opportunity
- Paul reached out directly to me soon after starting OneMD. We’d worked together in previous roles, and I was excited to hear he had started his own firm, and was keen to see where I could support. After being introduced to Paul and David, I was confident they had built a solid team and had good depth of experience. Device Technologies is a large firm, and we are always on the lookout for talent, so it’s great to know capable recruiters who specialise in our field, and understand the requirements of our roles.
The Process
- Working with with OneMD is very simple. They have such strong background knowledge of the industry that briefing doesn’t need to be an onerous task. Once they have a good understanding of the requirements, they are always quick to provide a shortlist of quality candidates. There’s plenty of good recruiters out there, but for many there’s a transactional type approach, which is not ideal. Working with OneMD, we’ve developed a working relationship born out of honesty and trust. The team are respectful of my time, which helps us get to an endpoint very quickly.
The Results
- I continue to work with OneMD because they’re a good team, and are quick to understand and deliver on the needs of the business. When I reach out, they are able to execute well and deliver an outcome that is consistently positive.
