Jonathan has been recruiting in Australia for over 10 years and has spent the last 4 years working for Zimmer Biomet where he spearheaded their ANZ recruitment across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Robotics, Management and Operations.

He has been instrumental in developing key client accounts, executing on key placements within a number of different organisations, working in complex matrix systems, and building large networks of candidates in specialist markets.
