Kim started his career in Medical Device Executive Search and gained extensive experience in both candidate and client management, undertaking and delivering on complex assignments. His passion for Healthcare led him to join Johnson & Johnson Medical, specialising in Thoracic, Bariatric & Colorectal surgery. Kim went on to work for Stryker, working with cutting edge and market-leading robotic technologies, further developing his understanding and appreciation for the complexity of the MedTech space.
