The Role

As a Market Development Manager , you will be responsible for:

• Driving revenue growth by supporting sales and marketing activities with distributors.
• Identifying and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Centres of Excellence.
• Performing product demonstrations and providing in-theatre case support.
• Building strong relationships with customers to accelerate market adoption.
• Leveraging clinical and health economic data to drive sales strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting on market trends, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.

About You

You are a commercially driven professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development within the medical device industry. You have:

• A proven track record of growing markets and driving sales.
• Experience working with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to analyse market data and translate insights into strategy.
