Senior Field Service Engineer, Aesthetics - NSW

The Role
- Perform on-site product installations, upgrades, and ongoing service support and maintenance in the Sydney territory
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical and robotic aesthetic systems using proven troubleshooting processes
- Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
About You
- Qualifications in electronic, computer, mechanical, or biomedical engineering with relevant work experience; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 3+ years of prior field service experience, particularly in installing and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment; experience in the medical device industry is preferred
- Good physical health, as lifting and handling systems may be required
