The Role

The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to ensure that our clients key customer relationships are serviced and supported by the Sales Staff in a friendly, professional, enthusiastic, efficient and constructive manner to provide “operational effectiveness” and superior customer service.
  • Significantly establish relationships/contacts in the Healthcare industry, not limited to, however including; Acute Care and Aged Care sectors
  • Take the lead on direct market research and client needs, providing solutions and recommendations to key decision makers based on our supply and service model
  • Preparation and review of tender related documents and preparing and executing submissions around our capabilities to provide capital equipment and services
  • Responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives in various sectors of the business
  • Lead, guide and support Sales Representatives in achieving individual sales & margin targets
  • Manage sales budgets and KPI’s set out by management
  • Key Accounts responsibility and management at a head office corporate level
  • Target new business development with current inactive/non-contracted healthcare organisations
  • Promote and roll-out our e-commerce tools and capabilities in order to better support client requirements
  • Promote and roll-out our service/maintenance ‘preventative maintenance’ programs and capabilities

About You
  • 3 years + Sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated successful Medical Device and/or Hospital/Healthcare Sales experience
  • You will have the ability to develop profitable relationships with new major groups and maintain and improve existing relationships by listening to our customers’ needs and providing a responsive timely service that adds value to their business
  • You will have regular contact with key customers in support of the Sales Team. You will spend a good portion of your time in the field working with Sales Staff and Customers
  • You will keep yourself informed and abreast of changes in the business, industry and new products and suppliers that may affect or benefit the business
