This global and well known organisation specializes in medical technologies and services; offering a diverse range of products such as imaging systems, diagnostics, patient monitoring and biomanufacturing solutions. Its mission is to enhance patient outcomes through innovation and advanced technology.
The Role
The CT Applications Specialist handles post-sale CT installation, training and customer support, including on-site clinical in-servicing and go-live assistance. Additionally, this role provides formal technical and clinical support throughout the sales process for CT products. Key duties involve delivering pre-sale product demonstrations and offering clinical trial or site support as needed.
- Provide clinical and technical support during the sales process of CT scans
- Provide application support to sales teams
- Demonstrate the full range of product features including potential applications, product capabilities and benefits to customers
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use
About You
- Bachelor degree qualified in Diagnostic Radiography, Medical Radiation Science or similar
- Minimum of 3 years CT clinical/technical experience is essential
- Willingness to travel extensively within ANZ
- A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
