Position Overview

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding their  presence in a defined territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for new business. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our orthopaedic devices and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product offerings.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably within the medical or orthopaedic device industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with orthopaedic devices and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
