Job Description:

As the Salesforce Optimisation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximising the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform to support the local sales and marketing teams.

You will be responsible for enhancing the CRM processes, driving user adoption, and leveraging Salesforce capabilities to streamline operations and increase productivity.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact to the business by optimising how Salesforce is utilised to achieve the strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise Salesforce functionalities and processes across different departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive user adoption through training programs, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure efficient utilisation of Salesforce features.
  • Lead Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration efforts to meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable insights.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend best practices and innovative solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimisation
  • Experience of working within the medical device or healthcare industry a distinct advantage.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
  • Although this role would ideally be Sydney based, suitable candidates in other states maybe considered.
