Position Overview: Through continued growth they are looking to add to the team a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their strategic product launches and other initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the orthopaedic product lines. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and effective go-to-market strategies. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and pricing strategies. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the orthopaedic market.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to gather insights and feedback.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions. Implement strategies for product improvement based on performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Strong marketing and strategic planning capabilities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the medical device or orthopaedic industry.
- Strong understanding of the orthopaedic market, including trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
