Sales Associate, Orthopaedics, Sydney

One of the leaders in Medical Device implants, with multiple business units, are expanding their team in Newcastle, and looking for a Sales Associate to join them and help with Clinical Case coverage, but also has an interest in moving into a sales role over time.

The Role:

• Provide clinical support with surgeries for life changing Orthopaedic cases
• Work in a supportive close-knit team
• Support in partnership with surgeons to plan procedures whilst becoming an integral part of the theatre team
• In time become a subject matter expert on the products and services on offer
• Contribute to the sales process by working closely with the team and highlight commercial opportunities
• Assist in the logistics by ensuring the right instruments are in place for each procedure

The Candidate:

• You might already be working in medical devices, and looking to step up towards sales
• A clinical background working as a chiropractor, physiotherapists, exercise physiologist or in theatre nursing would really set you up for success
• An interest in Orthopaedics and associated technology
• A collaborative individual with excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for learning and absorbing complex clinical information.
• Ability to operate with integrity and a high moral compass.
• Strong problem-solving skills
