The Role
- Coordinate the loan kit process for the orthopaedic portfolio, ensuring timely availability for surgical procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, logistics etc
- Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of loan kits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance the loan kit coordination workflow
- Utilize CRM software to track loan kit usage and gather insights for business planning
About You
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous experience in loan kits preferred but not essential
- Candidates seeking to transition into the medical device field (e.g., Orthopaedic Nurses, Physiotherapists) are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of attention to detail
