The Company
Join a well known medical device manufacturer who specialise in innovative insulin management solutions. This global business focuses on improving diabetes care through user-friendly technology and has expanded its product line to include systems that integrate with continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) for automated insulin delivery.
The Role
Territory: Melbourne
Portfolio: Diabetes
Customer base: Endocrinologists, clinical nurse staff and patients
Reporting into: National Sales Manager
- Work alongside the Territory Manager & customer care team to meet commercial targets and increase patient referrals
- Assist with product training for new and existing customers
- Provide regular product demonstrations to patients (in person and virtually)
- Manage and conduct patient training with clinics
- Gather data for customers who have commenced or plan to commence the company's product
- Assist with events such as pump clinics, pump support groups, info sessions etc.
About you
- Registered Nurse, Dietician or similar credentials are mandatory
- Prior medical device Diabetes sales and/or clinical experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Professional and polished presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver license is required
