The Company
Join a leading global company specializing in medical technology, focused on providing innovative solutions for radiotherapy. With a commitment to excellence, they are expanding their team in Australia and looking for dedicated Support Specialists to join us in delivering exceptional service.
The Role
- Provide field service engineering support across QLD
- Conduct routine repair, calibration and maintenance of hardware and software products
- Ensure training and education of products to customers
- Utilize your IT networking skills to work effectively with servers and systems
- Receive comprehensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge
About You
- Background in Biomedical Engineering or Health Engineering
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Experience in radiation therapy is preferred but not essential
- Experience in routine repair, calibration and maintenance of medical devices
- Proficient in IT networking and server management
- Motivated to work both independently and as part of a team
