Job Description

Lead your team of Clinical Support Representatives in Perth whilst working closely with the sales team to help maintain their key account surgeons, as well as support caseloads across the public and private hospitals in the region

 

This is a Lead from the front position, as you provide training and mentorships, as well as getting involved with case coverage yourself.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the state clinical support team in achieving their objectives
  • Coordinate activities involving case support and daily education activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure support strategies are achieved and minimisation of compromised cases
  • Be an active change manager, leading from the front by example, defining and developing positive habits and efficient ways of working
  • Champion the use of their latest technology including robotic assisted surgery

 

 

Clinical Support

  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on the company products and install the same in your team
  • Partner with professional education team to ensure your team has appropriate training and product knowledge
  • Manage clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with sales strategy
  • Foster good teamwork, communication and execution across the clinical and sales team.

 

Demonstrable Attributes

  • Experience working in a clinical environment and demonstrate leadership qualities in these scenarios
  • Ideally have Orthopaedic product knowledge gained from qualifications or work experience
  • Great organisation skills to help manage both yours and your teams time effectively
  • Flexible and agile to change in your working day
  • Responsive and customer focused
  • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate employees to achieve results
  • Ability to think strategically and support the sales planning process
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
