The Role
Territory: SA & NT
Portfolio: Laparoscopic instrumentation for minimally invasive surgery
Reporting into: Area Business Manager
Direct Reports: 3x Territory Managers
- Lead, mentor and further empower your high performing sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executive and senior leaders, theatre personnel, key opinion leaders and other decision makers in hospitals
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to meet the organisations sales plans to drive market share
- Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve established targets
- Deliver and exceed the forecasted budget and business plan
About you
- A minimum of 4 years medical device sales experience
- Prior theatre sales experience is essential
- Ability to execute sales and marketing plans
- Genuine passion for supporting and coaching others
- High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skills
- Full and current drivers licence
