The Role
- Manage all aspects of customer’s initial orders, from payments to delivery confirmation
- Collaborate with sales, customer care and finance teams to provide a seamless ordering experience
- Support customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues empathetically and providing product information
- Maintain detailed customer records to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide feedback for continuous process improvement
About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and customer service
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at problem-solving
- Experience in healthcare related customer service for medical device reimbursement preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems
- Strong oral and written communication
